Health. Technology. Workforce. Innovation.
Health Tech Alley is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to advance
community health. We provide health technology and workforce services to assist
health organizations, upskill health workers and impact underserved and vulnerable
populations. We promote entrepreneurial practices through coaching, mentoring and the
introduction of innovative emerging tech and data science for community impact. HTA
has been awarded grants at the Local, State and Federal levels and is proud to be
delivering community impact through our programming.
Our mission is to empower people and organizations in rural and urban neighborhoods to benefit from healthcare technology and innovation, and build healthy, successful futures. We champion reducing inequities in health outcomes and increasing opportunities for people who are overlooked and under-represented. As technology and innovation transform healthcare, our vision is no one will be left out, and no one will be left behind.
HTA has taken the Maryland Tech Council's DEI in Action Pledge.
Our Story
Our Founding Team is deeply mission-driven and brings substantial Provider, Payer, and Public Health experience to this mission. Our experience includes large and small-scale projects; for-profit and nonprofit organizations; corporate, consulting, and research roles. We have successfully delivered large scale projects and programs, and built and scaled services across multi-state jurisdictions and thousands of stakeholder users.
Health Tech Alley was born out of our personal and professional experience with healthcare, health technology, and the difference it can make to give everyone a chance to benefit from healthcare technology and innovation.
